Nuevo paso para la regeneración del barrio Porfirio Pascual versionradio
Un ensalada con el Melón Almarjal, Melón de Carrizal, como protagonista es uno de los platos preparados por la chef Patricia Sanz.
El plato se ha cocinado en pleno campo, en el lugar donde se cosecha y se recoge el Melón de Carrizal.
Junto a Patricia Sanz en el vídeo participa Juan Miguel Muntaner, para explicar las características del Melón de Carrizal, su sabor, su textura y la peculiaridad de que el agua salada con la que se riega es la que da un dulzor especial.
